You can use the "PAGE" modifier after a BY item to have NOMAD repeat
the BY item on each physical page. For example:

    LIST BY month PAGE BY stuff PAGE ACROSS INDEX USING zot

To my knowledge, you can't control where NOMAD breaks the page on the
ACROSS (other than controlling the width of the page). I don't think
that there's a way to tell it to go across and break pages after 9
elements.
