Try this:

&TSTCOL1 =  'ABCDE';
LOAD TSTMAST
  READ IN ONMATCH REPLACE
    SET        SPACE 5
        COL   6 &TSTCOL2                 FORM A4
        COL  10 &TSTCOL3                 FORM A5;
