Nice to hear from someone on NOMAD2-L. 8-)

I assume "over punch" refers to Cobol external decimal (ie PIC S9999).
Where the internal representation of -1234 is F1F2F3D4. Would they
be willing to change the cobol description to PIC S9999 SIGN LEADING
SEPARATE? If so then -1234 as DUMP10 yields 60F1F2F3F4, which should
be readable by the Cobol program.

BTW, for the rest of the readers, my earlier post about PC NOMAD
Extended not working with WINDOWS 3.1 is a known problem.
